About Us
Calumet Reclamation Company is a Hibbing-based enterprise that has acquired legacy ore stockpiles and tails basins from the historic Hill Annex Complex and Arcturus mine. The legacy stockpiles and tailings waste are valuable sources of iron ore feedstock that Calumet will reclaim and then sell to American-based pig iron manufacturers. Pig Iron is a critical component necessary for domestic steel production.
